The following indictments were returned by the Wood County Grand Jury April 29:

Brandon Shane Albrightson, Winnsboro, injury to a child, third degree felony, Sept. 14, 2023.

Kenneth Curtis Cargill, Winnsboro, attempted assault of public servant, state jail felony, Feb. 20, 2024 (two counts).

Frances Denton Clark, Alba, prohibited substance in correctional facility, third degree felony, Jan. 22, 2024.

Michael Dean Daniels, Chandler, abandoning or endangering a child, elderly or disabled individual, state jail felony, Feb. 5, 2024.

Lizeth Gaalad Diaz, Waco, driving while intoxicated with child under 15, state jail felony, March 1, 2024.

Robert Dale Dyer, Tyler, theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions, state jail felony, Dec. 31, 2023.
