3:08 a.m., driving while intoxicated, 700 blk Greenville, followed vehicle, no violations observed.

10:38 a.m., information, E. Commerce, checking damaged fence.

11:13 a.m., trespassing, Emily, criminal trespass warning requested for ex-wife, child custody matter.

1:58 p.m., welfare concern, N. Pacific, female passed out in parking lot, got in vehicle and left, unable to locate.

2:50 p.m., escort, N. Line, funeral.

3:37 p.m., disturbances Sycamore, neighbor cut tree branches that fell on roof, civil matter.

6:22 p.m., suspicious person, N. Newsom, man with bloody hand wrapped up in front of store, cut while attempting to repair vehicle, refused tow truck and EMS.

7:42 p.m., unsecured area, Lakeside, front door open, house cleared and secured.

7:58 p.m., unknown offense, 9-1-1 hang up, unable to locate.

9:06 p.m., reckless driver, 1000 blk S. Pacific, unable to maintain lane, medical issue, refused EMS.

10:01 p.m., reckless driver, 1000 blk S. Pacific, all over road, unable to locate.

11:54 p.m., assist other agency, S. Pacific at Front, assist sheriff’s office.

April 28

12:41 a.m., subject stopped, 1600 blk NW Loop 564, subject walking, nearly hit, going home from work, did not want ride.

1:13 a.m., N. Pacific, no employee in store, was in walk-in cooler.

8:41 a.m., welfare concern, S. Johnson, co-worker did not show up for work, officer found subject to be OK.

6:38 p.m., assault, Emily, subject at Christus hospital-Tyler.

9:52 p.m., assist other agency, Autumn Wind, EMS, everything OK, no incident. 

April 29

12:10 a.m., unknown offense, Landers, hearing strange noises, nothing located.

3:51 a.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, no one in store, employee cleaning in back.

10:21 a.m., civil matter, W. Broad, referred to justice of peace concerning property sale.

11:07 a.m., assault, Stone.

2:05 p.m., public assist, N. Newsom, parking issues.

2:53 p.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564, vehicle hit in parking lot, subject left note, number not valid.

5:49 p.m., theft, E. Commerce.

April 30

12:25 a.m., unsecured area, S. Johnson, unsecured door, no signs of criminal activity.

2:47 a.m., unsecured area, N. Pacific, employee in store’s cooler, left sign on counter.

3:55 a.m., suspicious vehicle, 200 blk Meadowbrook, subject sleeping, off roadway.

4:06 a.m., unknown offense, Robin at Meadowbrook, subject by vehicle, working on GPS.

7:06 a.m., motorist assist, Hwy. 69 at Loop 564, truck stalled, unable to locate.

11:19 a.m., information, Greenville, vehicle repossession.

2:49 p.m., information, E. Broad at N. Pacific, subject hit vehicle with side mirror, circled block, could not locate vehicle.

5:25 p.m., motor vehicle accident, E. Front, left note for owner of vehicle who departed on train.

10:32 p.m., motorist assist, 600 blk N. Pacific, subject looking for item in vehicle. 

May 1

8:36 a.m., assault, E. Broad, verbal only.

10:15 a.m., suicidal subject, NE Loop 564, subject claims to be fine.

2:17 p.m., disturbance, N. Pacific, man trying to get inside church, family dispute.

10:02 p.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564, two vehicles, one subject to ER by private vehicle.

11:00 p.m., city ordinance violation, W. Kilpatrick, loud music, subjects intoxicated, advised to turn music down. 

May 2

7:50 a.m., motor vehicle accident, Pacific at Patten, two vehicles.

11:32 a.m., motor vehicle accident, W. Loop 564 at CR 2200, two vehicles.

1:49 p.m., harassment, E. Broad, subject calling asking lewd questions.

5:39 p.m., assist other agency, 1100 blk E. Broad, assist sheriff’s office with fleeing vehicle, subject tried to hit several vehicles, subject stopped at gunpoint, Jason Russell Massey arrested for evading arrest/detention with vehicle and theft warrant from Lindale Municipal Court.

6:39 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 100 blk N. Pacific, two vehicles, no injuries.

9:17 p.m., welfare concern, Autumn Wind Ct.

10:09 p.m., 1200 Bromberg, two 911 calls on suicidal person, EMS contacted.

10:37 p.m., disturbance, NE Loop 564, two men trying to fight, everything OK.

11:04 p.m., welfare concern, 1200 Bromberg, subject went with EMS to be evaluated.

May 3

2:44 a.m., disturbance, Karen, people fighting, Brandi Leigh Taylor arrested.

4:35 a.m., unsecured area, N. Pacific, no employee present, everything OK.

5:48 a.m., suspicious persons, E. Broad, two men in parking lot, unable to locate.

6:26 a.m., suspicious persons, 300 blk W. Broad, people running around with baseball bats, party claims people are after him, is homeless, claims to have slept behind dumpster, offered information of possible resources in other towns.

10:00 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 100 blk W. Broad, two vehicles.

10:40 a.m., assist other agency, assist public works with traffic.

3:10 p.m., trespassing, E. Broad, two females shoplifting, two criminal trespass warnings issued.

3:37 p.m., information, Bromberg, abandoned vehicle, towed.

3:44 p.m., criminal mischief, Graham, attempted access into home, directed patrol issued.

3:45 p.m., harassment, NE Loop 564, co-worker harassing subject.

4:12 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, unknown person entering residence overnight, directed patrol issued.

4:21 p.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, subject appears to be OK.

5:07 p.m., information, 1000 blk Sycamore, concern about people and vehicles coming in and out of property, directed patrol issued.

10:38 p.m., reckless driver, Hwy. 69 North, failing to maintain lane, stopping and going, Deborah Michelle Jones, Hawkins arrested for driving while intoxicated with child under 15.

10:57 p.m., reckless driver, Hwy. 69 South, all over road, warning issued.

Officers also made 96 traffic stops and answered 20 animal control calls and five alarms.
